01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ppvip7 website at ppvip7.net and any associated mobile or web-based applications operated under the ppvip7 brand. References to "ppvip7", "we", "us", or "our" mean the ppvip7 platform and its operating team. References to "you", "your", or "the Player" mean any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ppvip7 platform in any capacity.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. ppvip7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a prominent notice on the ppvip7 website. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ppvip7. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi players, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the ppvip7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of ppvip7, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ppvip7 platform through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated suspension.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purposes.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

ppvip7 conducts age verification during the account registration process. Additionally, age verification is applied at the point of a player's first withdrawal request. ppvip7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — to confirm a player's age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source, minus any bonuses or promotional credits applied. Winnings generated on an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ppvip7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. If ppvip7 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts other than the original may be closed without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals on the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

You agree not to share your login details with any other person, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ppvip7 support immediately via live chat or by emailing support at ppvip7.net.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ppvip7 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank's processing times. ppvip7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. 4.2 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use the ppvip7 platform as a payment processing service or for currency conversion purposes. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity and is immediately followed by a withdrawal request may be flagged as a suspicious transaction. ppvip7 reserves the right to investigate such activity and withhold funds pending a review. Any deposit made using a payment method not registered in the player's own name will be returned to the source.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ppvip7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using stake patterns that exploit bonus mechanics (such as low-variance hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk), and colluding with other players to share bonus rewards. Where ppvip7 identifies bonus abuse, the relevant accounts will be closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals generated through abusive play may be withheld and reversed.

06 Betting & Casino Rules

All sports bets placed on ppvip7 — including cricket, football, ice hockey, kabaddi, and any other sport offered — are subject to ppvip7's standard betting rules. These rules govern how markets are settled, how void bets are handled, how in-play bets are confirmed, and how disputes regarding settlement are resolved. Sport-specific rules may apply and will be available within the betting lobby for each sport.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh international fixtures, and other tournaments — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, ppvip7 will settle all affected markets in accordance with its cricket betting rules, which are available in the help section of the platform. In-play bets confirmed before a significant match event (such as a wicket or no-ball) are valid. ppvip7's decision on the timing of bet confirmation is final.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Technical Errors

07 User Obligations

As a registered player on ppvip7, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. You specifically agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ppvip7 platform, including the accounts of other players or the backend administration systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including but not limited to automated betting, scraping, or account farming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of organised cheating.
• Using the ppvip7 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or cycling funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with ppvip7 staff or other platform users via any channel, including live chat and email.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or platform vulnerability for financial gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to ppvip7 support immediately upon discovery.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where ppvip7 considers it appropriate.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ppvip7 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the ppvip7 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and may have access restricted pending reactivation contact with support.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You have the right to request the closure of your ppvip7 account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing support at ppvip7.net. Upon receiving a closure request, ppvip7 will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Bonus funds and wagering-locked promotional balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through ppvip7's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to a permanent lifetime exclusion.
